To refill an existing prescription

Please call your pharmacy and ask them to fax the refill request to us at 503-649-1272. The medical staff generally act on prescription requests on the day of receipt, if they arrive during our normal business hours. Prescription refill requests that arrive after hours or over the weekend will be addressed on the next regular business day.
